All data is stored within the EU/EEA, and personal data is handled in line with GDPR. We enter into a data processing agreement with the firm.
Do you support BankID signing?+
Yes. Signing uses BankID and other eID via Signicat, and every signed document is archived with status and an audit trail.
Does Norta help with AML rules?+
Norta structures customer due diligence, risk assessment and AML record-keeping so the work gets done and documented. The firm still makes the professional judgments.
