The service
Norta provides a software platform for accounting firms. Access is granted by agreement, and each customer gets a separate, isolated workspace.
Use and responsibility
The customer is responsible for its own users and for using the service in line with applicable regulation. Norta provides the tools; the professional judgments are made by the firm.
Data processing
Processing of personal data on behalf of the customer is governed by a separate data processing agreement.
Availability
We aim for high uptime and notify of planned maintenance. See the agreement for service-level terms.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are communicated to the customer.
